Aarhus Gymnastics and Motor Skills Hall - Sport hall

The house is designed by C. F. Møller Architects. The building was located in Hvidkildevej, Aarhus, Denmark. The client of the project is VIK Gymnastik. The Technical engineering is handled by Moe & Brødsgaard A/S. The house is built in 1,600m2 (1,200m2 new building and 400m2 refurbishment) size during 2009-2010. The house is designed to The children of Aarhus now have a unique hall to romp in. Aarhus Gymnastics and Motor Skills Hall, designed by C. F. Møller Architects, combines the best of the sports hall and playground and is the only one of its kind in Denmark – probably worldwide.

The hall is extended version from the Aarhus Gymnastics and Trampoline Hall. The landscape idea is approximately 1.200 m2 of activity landscape is to invite and motivate children aged three to ten to develop motor skills while having fun playing.
