DG-House Designed By GENETO

The house is designed by GENETO – Koji Yamanaka, Yuji Yamanaka, Asako Yamashita. The building is located in Tokyo, Japan. The structure engineering who handled the job is Takashi Takamizawa. This project is based on the client Takao Deguchi. The house has the total area about 66.87sqm (total floor area:102.07sqm). It’s done in 2008 December. Photos by Takumi Ota.

The house is built actually for the private house based as the client requested. The house is placed in the quiet residential area in Tokyo. The house is focused on he activities of daily life. So, the architects made as the space by “the scenes of daily life”. based on the the scenes of daily life, the house is made with the context being thought from the site and the laying it out in three dimensions.[read more]
