Tec House Raffle 167, a luxury house by GLR Arquitectos

Since 50 years ago, the Technological Institute and Superior Studies of Monterrey, (ITESM), has been making this traditional raffle of a luxury house, in order to reunite to bottoms for scholarships and new buildings in its University Campus.

At the moment Tec raffle makes four raffles every year, with houses furnished and decorated with superior value to the 2 million dollars each one.

Located in a big land of 1.200 M2, our project proposes a clearly contemporary architecture, but the sufficiently warm thing to be received by the public, who finally judges to these projects by means of his commercial successful. The materials proposed in facade are flattened white and volcanic stone, as well as a metallic louver.
